Nicole is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with over 15 years of experience in elementary education.
She founded COCO KIDS YOGA to empower children with essential self-regulation tools in a fun and engaging way. Her journey began in the classroom, where she discovered the transformative power of movement and mindfulness. Nicole combines her teaching background with parenting experiences to create a nurturing environment for kids to explore yoga.

Lauren has been a pediatric OT for over 20 years. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including preschools, public elementary schools, outpatient rehabilitation practices, private sensory integration clinics, and early intervention. Lauren is also a Certified Child Yoga Instructor and connected with Nicole at a Mommy and Me yoga class with her youngest son. Lauren has now adopted the mission of COCO KIDS YOGA and teaches at various school settings in Delaware County. She is the mom of 2 busy boys and knows the importance of self regulation and kindness.
Peale Iglehart is a reading specialist and mom of two who was lucky enough to cross paths with Nicole at a grown-up and me yoga class. Peale has been teaching elementary-aged children for over a decade and practicing yoga for twice that long. She completed her kids’ yoga teacher training through Kidding Around Yoga. She loves to help children tap into their innate strength, mindfulness, and playfulness both on and off their mats.
